Eyeglasses
To dream of eyeglasses represents feelings about yourself or others having to be more intelligent, responsible, or careful than others. Self-awareness of trying hard to be serious about something. A heightened sense of clarity or needing to pay attention. You or someone else is concerned with paying closer attention to a situation. Trying to be intelligent about something.
Negatively, eyeglasses may reflect a tendency to be too focused on how serious something is. Anxiety or fear that drives you to be serious about a problem. An excessive need to focus on being serious or careful.
Example: A man dreamed of seeing a woman with glasses being threatened by a large blade. In waking life he was aware of the possibility of losing everything he had in a business deal if he walked away from an untrustworthy business partner. The glasses on the woman reflected his intelligent awareness or sense of clarity about how seriously focused on his corrupt business partner he needed to be in order to outsmart him and get his money back.
Example 2: A man dreamed of eyeglasses that were loose and flopping around in his hands. In waking life he was deeply religious and felt that God was something that need to be paid attention to at all times in life when other people in his life didn't. The loose floppy eyeglasses in his hand may have reflected his feelings about paying serious attention to God not working well in his social interactions.
