Cabbage
To dream of cabbage represents feelings about an experience that's beneficial about responsibility that accepts itself the way it is without having to discuss it. Responsibility that's accepted as normal without complaining. Accepting responsibility in a straightforward, uncomplicated way.
Negatively, cabbage may represent feelings about overdoing or not liking responsibility that accepts itself the way it is without having to talk about it. Taking time off immoral or criminal activity. Feeling that it benefits you to responsibly never let on that anything is wrong.

In this case, the cabbage may have reflected her feelings about responsibly taking time off of her extra-marital affair while intelligently keeping quiet about it to avoid being caught.
