Coma
To dream of yourself being in a coma represents helplessness, total dependency on others, or an inability to function. Feeling totally impotent to take action or do things for yourself.  Feeling cut off from others or that other people are so busy that they can never listen to you.  Feeling cut off from the world around you.  Feeling that you are boring to other people.
Dreaming of a coma may also reflect a feelings about being emotionally distant or unresponsive.  Threats that neutralized, but still possible to return.
Negatively, dreaming about a coma may reflect feelings about someone ignorant in your life being too empty-headed to be aware of their ignorance. A sense of connection with others, social support, or participation in something larger than yourself. Thoughts about cooperation, harmony, or your role within a group setting such as family, work, or society. Sharing or working together with a group of people. Mutual understanding, unity, or emotional security gained through social bonds. 
Negatively, community could represent conformity, peer pressure, or feeling lost within the crowd�suggesting difficulty maintaining individuality while trying to fit in or please others. Sharing or working together with a group of people that doesn't feel good. Collective issues that frustrate you. Feelings about friends or family turning against you.
To dream of an aerial view of a community represents a broader perspective of your social world or life circumstances. To dream of a complaint represents of feelings of something being wrong.  Frustrations that have either been voices or not been voiced.  Feelings about feedback that something is not good enough.
