Drunk

To dream of being drunk represents going overboard with your ideas, interests, or a situation. Being so focused with something you like that you may have embarrassed yourself with it. Spontaneous and wild behavior. Being drunk in a dream may also reflect issues with trying to escape reality with excessive behavior in some manner. Anger or abusive behavior that is excessive. Power trips over others that causes serious relationship or professional problems.

Negatively, being drunk may point to carelessness or a loss of self-control. A sign that you need to be a little more moderate with your ideas or interests. Feeling like a loser who got out of control. Anxiety about looking like you are incompetent or bumbling at something. Wild lifestyles. Speaking too much and saying these you may regret. Embarrassing yourself acting too wild or spontaneous. Allowing emotions to overpower your rational thinking.

People who survive deprivation of some kind often dream of being drunk while in recovery.

Example: A man dreamed of being totally drunk. In waking life he felt he totally embarrassed himself liking an older women too much.

To see your real life children in a dream represents ideas, habits, or developments that have potential. An area of your life that you are encouraging or feel supportive of. Situations or aspects of your life that you want to see powerful or flourish. It may also reflect an aspect of yourself based on the one thing that stands out the most about that child.

Drunk Driving

To dream of drunk driving represents decision making or a direction in life where you are obsessed with certain ideas, beliefs, or situations. A sign that you may be going a bit overboard with what you are doing. It may be a good idea to slow down a bit or be a little more moderate. Negatively, you may starting to lose self-control or putting others at risk with your obsessions.

Zoo

To dream of a zoo represents situations where you are noticing negative or primitive behavior in others. Feeling comfortable that other people are stupider than you. Alcoholic

To dream of an alcoholic represents you or someone else that can't stop themselves from going overboard with something they enjoy. Having a problem controlling yourself. "Burning yourself out" with your interests or something that gives you pleasure.

An alcoholic may also reflect a dependency on something you like doing that is destroying you. Something or someone may be too beautiful to stop liking.

To dream of a hangover represents feelings about the negative aftermath or consequences of an indulgent, careless, or excessive-decision or behavior. Regrets or consequences for an obsession. You enjoyed yourself too much or went way overboard with something. It may also reflect your need for downtime after a really exciting or busy moment. Physical or emotional discomfort that follows a period of pleasure, excess, or a lack of self-control. Your thoughts about the importance of moderation, the consequences of your actions, and the need to deal with the repercussions of having gone too far in some aspect of your life.

Positively, dreaming about a hangover may represent learning from past mistakes, recognizing the need for balance, and the importance of self-control after a period of neglect or excess. Recognizing the need for moderation.

Negatively, dreaming about a hangover may represent feelings of regret, guilt, or shame about past behaviors or decisions. It might symbolize the harsh realization of having acted against your better judgment and facing the uncomfortable consequences. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed by the need to rectify mistakes, apologize, or deal with the fallout of your actions.
