the ability to try something new or exciting. The opportunity to do something you've never done before.

Negatively, a 100 dollar bill represents the power or resources to do something you've never done before that feels a little bit crazy or dangerous. It may also reflect your feelings that someone else is dangerous with a new opportunity afforded to them. It may also represent your feelings that other people think you are risky or unpredictable with an opportunity afforded to you.

To dream of the number 1 billion or 1,000,000,000 represents a confrontation or new beginning that feels the impossible becoming possible. New beginnings that are never jealous no matter how impossible or big the goals seem. Feeling good thinking that nothing is impossible. New experiences never being impossible. Hearing stories about other people making something impossible now possible.

Confrontation that you feel only people who are better than you can ever confront properly. Confrontation that you feels is impossible for you in this life. Feeling that you would have to be a genius to ever make a solution to your problem work.

Example: A teenage girl dreamed of seeing a guy she liked being a billionaire who would buy her plane tickets to fly away to another country to spend time with him on the weekends. In waking life the guy she liked was moving away to Germany in 16 months and she was day dreaming about him dating her and being able to fly to Germany to continue the relationship. The billionaire symbolism may have reflected her hopefulness to make the relationship possible after the guy left the country even though she knew it was impossible.

To dream of the number 100 represents a new beginning that is different than anything you've done before. It may also reflect taking action or standing up for yourself. Doing some new on your own not done before.

Alternatively, the number 100 may represent perfection of a situation or achievement. All of something.

Billboard

To dream of a billboard represents a person or situation that is giving you an obvious "sign" or signal. It may also symbolize a person or situation that is trying very hard to draw your attention to a positive or desirable quality about themselves.

A billboard common reflects people who are flirting with others or trying to draw attention to how attractive they are.

To dream of being unable to read a billboard may reflect your feelings of being left out of the loop. You didn't "get" a signal, fact or bit of information that other people picked up easily. It may also be a sign that you are too distracted or have tunnel vision in current project. Missing a billboard may also reflect problems picking up social cues or reading body language.

Dollar Store

To dream of a dollar store represents feeling that a person or situation intentionally gives you a lot of easy options. Intentionally being given easy options to confront problems. Not feeling any sense of urgency or pressure to make a choice because it's easy. Something being so easy to have it's almost pathetic to you.

Negatively, a dollar store may reflect a feelings that something in your life has no significant value or will always be easy. Exploiting someone else's good nature because it's easy to do so. Feeling that you are intentionally being given too many cheap or easy solutions to a problems when you need a more serious solution.

In waking life he was being pressured into having regular casual sex with an easy girl by a showoff friend and he didn't feel it was good idea. The dollar store represented his feelings about having sex with the girl being something easy that was always available if he wanted it.

Example 3: A man dreamed of shopping in a dollar store. In waking life he was required to do something he didn't want to do in order to solve a problem quickly and instead choose to get involved in a number of smaller side projects to wait out the bigger problem.
