Hourglass

To dream of an hourglass represents a situation that revolves around waiting. You or someone else that is waiting a long time for something to end. Waiting for every single little thing to finish.

Alternatively, an hourglass may represent your feeling that time is running out. A deadline you have to meet or a sense of urgency. You or someone that may not have enough time.

Hours

To dream of an hour represents your feelings about the length of time needed to wait for something that is longer than you want, but doesn't feel impossible. Feeling that you are reckless to not wait for something that isn't impossible to wait for. An hour often describes a month, but it may describe a longer period of time such as a year if you don't believe waiting a year to be a very long time to wait.

The number of the hour in a dream uses numerology or the number of a month within a year to describe what is happening in your life. Daylight time (6am-6pm) may represent noticability and nighttime (7pm-5am) may represent a situation that is difficult to see or that's dangerous.

Overall feeling in a situation that nothing shocks you that only terrible things are happening. An overall feeling in a terrible situations that you have no choice, but to care about yourself. June

To dream of the month of June represents the overall feeling of finally deserving enjoy never being jealous. Happiness, laughter, or confidence that you don't need to look back at obstacles or restrictions. Feelings about a situation in your life where you feel that there are finally no restrictions on enjoying yourself the way you want. Overall feeling that you don't need to listen to restrictions, delays, last minute changes, last minute precautions anymore. To dream of the month of May represents the overall feeling about a situation in your life where you feel that "change is in the air." To dream of minutes represents your feeling about a length of time that will take its time without having to take very long. Minutes in dreams usually represent a number of days. If you have to wait a certain number of minutes it usually reflects how many days you have to wait for an event, or a change to take place.

To dream of experiencing night time represents a sense of being enveloped by a lack of safety, feelings that nobody is listening, or the unknown. A sense that nothing happening in a new situation has to see itself being safe. Feelings of danger, fear, vulnerability, confusion, obstacles, or setbacks. A lack of clarity. There is an issue in your life that you can't figure out, prevents you from moving forward, or that holds you back.

Nighttime dreams may also reflect situations that aren't positive anymore, or that have taken a turn for the worse. Something isn't good as it used to be. Unpleasant feelings about something good in your life coming to an end, and feeling scared that you don't have answers when you need them the most.

Night time dreams where the scene suddenly changes to night may reflect waking life situations that have suddenly taken a turn for the worse and left you experiencing your worst fears. These dreams may be a manifestation of your subconscious mind trying to process and deal with the uncertainty and negativity of your current situation. Feeling that you have been "left in the dark" with a negative situation.

Example: A man dreamed of trying to navigate a field at night. In waking life he was having difficult trying to get to know new people after enrolling in college. In this case, the night time may have reflected his feelings about lacking clarity about how to socially integrate himself, feeling the fear of being alone, or not knowing who to trust.
