Having a baby represents the idea of having a new idea, one which can relate to a new project or to a new concept about someone. It can also represent the actual idea of having a baby if you have been thinking of this.
When the baby appears to be disfigured, it implies that the new idea you have come up with is taking a very incorrect form. A human body that is misshapen no longer reflects the design or purpose that was originally given the idea by God.
The goat - because it is here meant to represent another baby - implies that the new idea you have is demeaning to your human nature. The animal reflects only but emotional thinking. The fully grown goat would imply feelings that are not really innocent (it is not a baby goat) although its colouring gives it an innocent appearance (white). The mention of "horns and all" can relate to the idea of feeling horny - sexually aroused.
The goat, being an animal, represents an emotional aspect of your nature and can relate to several feelings. The goat can suggest a feeling that "gets your goat", one that makes you very angry. It might suggest a feeling of having many "if's and butt's".
The new idea or project you have in mind when seen as a disfigured baby or a goat, is not a good idea. Your wording "I delivered" might suggest that you see this new idea as being a deliverance - just what you badly need or want.
